About Us

Optegy is headquartered in Hong Kong with international operations developing solutions for clients in Japan, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Macau, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia. Recent projects have included delivering significant energy savings to hotels, universities, office buildings, telcos and shopping malls. We are happy to provide further details and references on request.


Optegy believes in working together with clients to tailor a solution to suit each client's individual needs and circumstances. We will partner with other providers to offer a total energy solution, whilst remaining product independent.  We can assist in selecting "best of breed" products and services, and work with any supplier or provider preferred by our clients.


Management Team

Jon Seller :: General Manager
During the past 10 years Jon Seller has carried out hundreds of energy related site reviews. His background was initially in Mechanical Services, and always with an energy focus. With over 30 years experience Jon has developed solutions for almost every type of facility in numerous countries.


Rebecca Kennedy :: Project Director

Rebecca Kennedy has a strong background in project management and process improvement. With Optegy for more than 6 years Rebecca has managed projects for PCCW, the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Hongkong Land, and several offshore locations. She is a certified Carbon Auditor.


Peter Chan :: Senior Energy Engineer

Peter is Chartered Engineer with over 25 years of experience in plant engineering, strong PRC operations management, and has experience in design, installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance, with a demonstrated track-record.
